On March 25th, MassChallenge HealthTech is convening a virtual gathering of public and private leaders from the Massachusetts digital health ecosystem working to address the COVID-19 pandemic. The Boston-based accelerator will stream the COVID-19 Innovation Summit live beginning at 11 a.m.

This summit will feature an enlightening discussion on what leaders in the Massachusetts digital health world are doing now to tackle this challenge.

Preliminary Agenda:

  • What are governments and NGOs doing to address the epidemic?

Innovation always needs the support of government and non-profit stakeholders to see success. Learn from healthcare experts as they share the most important information that innovators need to know.

  • How do we find who is sick?

With the increased demand for coronavirus test kits, hospitals are under pressure to identify who has the virus and who needs treatment. Individuals are also being asked to monitor their vitals and symptoms from home. Hear from various entrepreneurs whose organizations are working on this challenge as they strive to be the front door to healthcare.

  • What does this mean for the investment climate?

The coronavirus is not only impacting the healthcare system but it has led to fluctuations in the stock market. Given these changes, it is vital to understand the potential effect it may have on the economy from a global, national, and local scale. Hear how others in the ecosystem are navigating this challenging time.

  • What are the best ways for entrepreneurs to maintain a sense of normalcy in our personal and business lives?

By now, most employers have issued a work from home policy for the foreseeable future. As we become more socially isolated, we must adapt our ways of learning, working, and being healthy despite being trapped at home. Find out how entrepreneurs are creating solutions to help individuals maintain health and wellness during the outbreak.
