Brain Power LLC (Brain-Power.com) is a technology company in Cambridge, Massachusetts that aims to unlock the power of the brain, with neuroscience-based software built on Google Glass to be engaging and interactive to encourage conversations and social skills. Brain Power has developed a software solution for students with autism and ADHD. The software is based on neuroscience research from MIT and Harvard. Our software empowers students on the spectrum to teach themselves life skills crucial to self-sufficiency and daily routines. Life skills that our students can work on include understanding the emotions of others, maintaining eye contact, decoding language, context-appropriate conversation skills, controlling behaviors, and general cognitive enhancement, among others. The Empowered Brain system monitors progress on the full range of life skills, and bodily signs of stress and learning, to deliver data-rich reports to the user, caregiver, and/or educator.

BrainRobotics focuses on developing EEG (Electroencephalography, or brainwave) controlled robotic prosthesis, which can be directly controlled using brainwave without using hands on a cost effective basis.

MRS goes beyond traditional imaging techniques to observe tissue metabolism, measuring biochemicals at concentrations 10,000 times lower than conventional MRI. BrainSpec is a comprehensive web-based software platform designed to make MRS technology accessible to clinicians and researchers alike.

One Breath at a Time ?New England Breath Technologies, LLC is developing a device that will accurately detect breath acetone and which will mimic the current size and footprint of the common personal alcohol breathalyzer. The first generation breathalyzer (pictured above and which is currently being miniaturized) includes a tube that the patient breathes into as well as a disposable coated slide which is inserted in the top of the device in the direct line of the patient�s breath.
